Question????

For those of you who use wool felt in your projects, is there a reliable online source.  I cant access it here locally and dont tend to do very much in the way of online shopping.  Any reliable websites that you use personally would be appreciated.  I am mainly looking for some wool felt as the colours in the acrylic I have managed to find are not that very nice at all, but am open to other suggestions for threads etc too.

Not sure if this is helpful but Mill Rose in Ballan have some lovely wool felt. Candleberry Country at Yarragon also have a nice selection of felt, including some wool blends.
Hope you find what you are after.

I can recommend Morning Star as a source to buy wool felt. The owner is the mum of a friend. http://www.morningstarcrafts.com.au/index.cfm/results/subcategory/95/
There is a lovely Steiner shop locally that sells wool felt, but not sure if it is on their website, they are lovely to deal with and might be able to help you http://www.epoche.com.au/
Hope that helps. Jacinta

Ah wool felt, love it. Jodie (Vintage Ric Rac) lists Winterwood Toys in Warranwood as a favourite supplier, which I've kept a note of for future reference I haven't ordered from them myself. Anni Downs (Hatched and Patched) in Bathurst stocks bolts of wool felt and also does her own gorgeous felted wools, I haven't shopped on-line with Anni as I stopped there when going through Bathurst but I certainly wouldn't hesitate given both her reputation and the service I experienced in her shop. Good luck.

Hi Katherine, sorry I've been away from blogging for some time. I've purchased from Winterwood Steiner website: http://www.winterwoodtoys.com.au/shop/scdabout.asp Their wool felt is lovely, beautiful colours, and good quality. I've only purchased it in cut pieces. I've also purchased from Gerry's Teddies here on the Gold Coast, by phone, with purchases for larger pieces. It's quite good, but have only bought black and beige. Hope you have had some luck with it. Cheers.
